How Do You Rebuild You Life When You Have Had Some One Destroy Are The Good Thing In Your Life?

i me a psychopath 11 years ago at work and crossed him some 12 months later.he sort is revenge in many by turing people against me 1 the people at work 2 my own friends that i had know for 20 years 3 by getting yobs calling me names where i will .i was left totally alone with know one but my parents that i couid trust .i have some stagers in the last10 build my life up again but i spend much of the on my own .its like ever thing was going wright in my life before i met him then everly thing when wrong and i have been branded a lair and a bad person which i am not. its like people will no longer listen to want i am saying and know one remenbers the true me. i just want my happy life back a again ,but how can i get that when people will not help me with my problems or care a about me i am suffering from great anxiety want can i do
